Police have charged a man who was arrested with the help of a member of the public.

Burnley Police officers arrested Martin Wilkinson (40) of no fixed address, on Saturday afternoon

He has been charged with burglary relating to an incident in the Brunshaw Avenue area of Burnley.

Wilkinson was remanded and will be appearing at Blackburn Magistrates' Court on Monday.
