Why the personal attacks against our MP?
Mrs Julie Cooper and Mr Royle have both had letters in the Express regarding the new signs at the bus station, both claiming they were responsible for it being restored.
I accept what they say, that they got the sign back, but did they have to get so personal against our MP Mr Birtwistle.
He has worked hard for Burnley for many years as a councillor and now as our MP. Surely you should concentrate more on the work you have to do for the town, rather than bring in party politics and personal attacks, which should have no place in local affairs.
Just do your best for us without criticising anyone who does not deserve it.
