First residents move into new £3M Calico Homes development in Burnley

May Tree Close in Harle Syke consists of nine two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom houses, each with dedicated off-road parking and large rear private gardens.
Calico Homes has invested £3,174,000 into the project – this includes a £765,000 grant provided by Homes England.

Hide AdThe homes have been let in accordance with Calico Homes’ local lettings policy, giving priority to those who have a specific local connection. The new residents include a mixture of families, professionals, and couples to establish a well-balanced, positive community.
