Edgar loan move looks set to collapse

DAVID Edgar’s loan move to Swansea is in limbo, with FIFA unwilling to grant him international clearance.

And the Clarets defender looks set to return to Turf Moor, almost three weeks after agreeing a return to the Liberty Stadium, where he ended last season on loan.

FIFA claim there is a discrepancy in the paperwork between the two clubs, and they will not process the deal.
